Health Careers Awareness for Communities (HCAC)
HHCP brings healthcare careers directly to schools, community organizations, and youth-serving groups across Gwinnett County and beyond. Our facilitated sessions connect students and community members with real healthcare professionals who share their journeys, their fields, and what it takes to build a career in healthcare.
We come to you. If you are a school counselor, community organization, or youth-serving group looking to expose your students to healthcare career pathways, book a session with us.
Tuition Assistance, Grants & School Aid
Pursuing a healthcare education is one of the most important investments a student can make. HHCP helps students and families navigate tuition assistance options, identify grant opportunities, and access school aid resources for healthcare education at every level. We are not a funding source but we will help you find one. Reach out and we will do what we can.

Community Education, Awareness, & Outdoor Wellness Clinics
HHCP shows up in the community — at health fairs, community events, and partner-hosted wellness activations across Gwinnett County. We man the table, bring the resources, and connect people to health information and services where they already are. No appointment needed. Follow us to stay updated on upcoming events and find us near you.
